While Howell praised improved communication with victims, John William Bernitz’s promised post-hearing update had still not arrived by October 22—20 days after the hearing.
The officials got flattering coverage. I was still waiting for the response Bernitz promised. Read the article’s claims beside the emails, the court record and my “mutual admiration society” message.
